Creative Souls "ATC" Swap

"Dress Forms, that is the new theme for our Creative Souls Jan/Feb "ATC"

 swap. I had alot of fun with this theme. I made this one. One for my swap partner, it will be a surprise when they get it.  Also a  6X6 canvas that I may use for another challenge. I really liked this theme, The Graphics 45 papers "Steam punk Debutante Collection" were perfect for this theme. The Tim Holtz gears worked really well. I hope everyone enjoys this!
